LOYALTY PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS(Automated Coffee Shop, Inc.)Last Updated: [Insert date]These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Automated Coffee Shop, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) Loyalty Points Program (“Program”). By participating in the Program through our mobile application (“App”), you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility The Program is open to individuals who:
Have created an account through the Automated Coffee Shop mobile app.
The Program is currently available exclusively through the mobile app.

2. Earning Points Customers earn 1 reward point per $0.01 (one penny) spent on eligible purchases made through the app. Points are added to your account after a qualifying transaction is completed and paid. Referral Bonus You may share a referral code with friends. When a referred friend makes their first purchase using your code, you and your friend each receive 500 reward points. Referral bonuses may not be earned through self-referral or fraudulent activity. We may change earning rules at any time with notice.

3. Redeeming Points Points may be redeemed for any dollar amount on any drink at any time, subject to: The redemption occurring within the mobile app, The availability of a valid payment method to cover any remaining balance. There are no redemption tiers, minimums, or reward restrictions. Points cannot be redeemed for cash, gift cards, store credit, or merchandise.

4. Points Have No Cash Value Reward points are promotional only and have no monetary value outside of the Program. Points: May not be transferred, bartered, or sold. Do not represent property or contractual rights. Are not legal tender. Cannot be exchanged for cash or credit

5. Points Do Not Expire Reward points currently do not expire. However, we reserve the right to introduce expiration rules in the future with reasonable notice to users.6. Account Activity & Fraud We may suspend or terminate accounts—and void points—if we suspect:
   - Abuse of the Program
   - Fraudulent transactions
   - Manipulation of referrals
  - Bulk or automated account creation
   - Any violation of these Terms

7. Changes to the Program Automated Coffee Shop, Inc. may modify, pause, or discontinue the Program at any time. If the Program ends, we will provide reasonable notice and users may have a limited window to redeem remaining points.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not responsible for:
   - Lost, delayed, or incorrectly applied points
   - App outages or system errors
   - Unauthorized access to your account
   - Changes to point values or redemption rules
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Program is to discontinue participation.

9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
