Within your Octane Coffee Mobile App, navigate to your Account by clicking the navigation menu icon and selecting "Profile".
Scroll to the bottom on this page and click "Delete Account".
Confirm your data deletion request.
If you no longer have access to the Octane Coffee Mobile App, please contact support to initiate the request.
Data Retention Notice
After your request, we will delete your account and associated data. However, for security, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance, we retain certain data such as usernames, email addresses, phone numbers, and payment authorizations for up to an additional 90 days.
